FAULTY ITEM

We take special care to check every item before it leaves us. However, if you believe you have received faulty merchandise, please don’t hesitate to contact us the day of receiving the item and we will endeavour to repair, replace or refund under the Consumer Guarantee Act.

CANCEL ORDER

When payment for your order has been completed, the order cannot be cancelled via our website. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by phone.

CUSTOMER LIABILITY

Customers are liable for their order under their login details and must keep these confidential at all times.

DELIVERY & LIABILITY

For security reasons, all orders require a signature.  The person accepting delivery of the purchase is authorised to do so on behalf of the customer.  If no one is available to sign for your package, a calling card shall be left with instructions.

WEBSITE CONTENT

Display imagery will be as accurate as possible but may differ between stock batches.  We reserve the right to make changes to the information provided on the Website without notice.

By completing a purchase with us you are deemed to have accepted our Terms & Conditions.

Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY

Delivery generally takes 1-2 business days for North Island and 2-3 days for South Island. Rural and remote delivery times may vary depending on courier services. Due to Covid-19 courier drop off times may vary.

For security reasons, all orders require a signature.  The person accepting delivery of the purchase is authorised to do so on behalf of the customer.  If no one is available to sign for your package, a calling card shall be left with instructions.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We offer a flate rate shipping fee of $8.00. Delivery is currently available to New Zealand addresses only.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Full priced product (excluding sale items) may be exchanged or returned for a refund to your payment method in accordance with the following conditions:

  • All returns must be within 5 days of the original purchase date,
  • Ensure items are in the original saleable condition and original shoebox/packaging upon return. We are unable to accept any returns on items that show wear or have been damaged after purchase.
  • Return postage costs are to be covered by the customer.

We recommend that you use a trackable method of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

Please note, this return policy applies to our online store only, and our in-store exchange & returns policies may differ from our online policies.

Exchanges: Flick us an email at [email protected] with the style or size you would like instead. Once we receive your original purchase back, we will send out the exchanged item to you.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please ensure you complete and enclose our Return/Exchange Form

Wrap the item up and send it to:

Once we receive your item we’ll go ahead and refund the purchase price to the card you used for payment, excluding postage charges.
